※ Take in mind the time required for checking in. Recommended to come 20~30 mins earlier.

※ Low Cost Air (LCC) and foreign airlines are unable to check in on departure flights before 9 a.m.

※ Depending on your use, you may not be able to check in at the city airport. Please check it in advance.

How to go

1. City Airport

Subway line number 2, Samseong Station Exit 5 → Turn right at Teheran-ro 87-gil → Pass the Hyundai Department Store and you will see City Airport on your right. 

2. Ticket exchange booth

Look for Information booth in side City Airport F2, Ticket booth (Bus Ticket)

3. Incheon International Airport Exclusive Departure

• (Incheon Airport Passenger Terminal 1(T1) L3, Pass ways to the left and right of each departure gate (2-5)
• Incheon Airport Passenger Terminal 2 (T2) L3), Exit for each departure gate (1B, 2B)

[Precautions for limousine]

• This product is not a seat-designated product. Be sure to exchange it for a physical ticket at the ticket office and sit in the seat shown on the ticket. 
• Child under the age 5 is free to board (Passport required). However, only when 1 child per 1 Adult. For 1 Adult 2 child, customers must pay for 1 child on site. 
• Children between the age 6~13 are allowed to purchase the ticket as a child. However, child tickets are only sold on site.
• Bus interval time and schedule may change depending on the traffic condition.
• Please contact +82-2-551-0757 when belonging left on the bus.
• If you want to check in, please check the availability of the airline check-in service. 
• Please call 1345 to inquire about the entry and exit of the city airport. (Weekdays 9am~10pm) 

[Precautions on check-in]

• If asked by another person to carry their luggage, please be sure to reject as danger may occur.
• Please carry around expensive items such as cameras, fragile items and etc.
• To prevent any loss, please make sure to write the owner's name, address and destination in English.
• Baggage delivered from City Airport will be available at the destination airport not Incheon Airport.
• Over-sized Baggage (Ski, Snow Board, Surfing Board, Bicycle) is over (W 99cm x L 104cm x H 135cm), boarding on the limousine will not be permitted.
• The in-flight baggage and consignment regulations vary by airline and seat class, so please check with your airline.
